What we collect
- Your email address, to sign you in and send updates about your orders.
- Your designs, logos, photos and campaign details.
- Address lists you upload for addressed mail.
- For business cards, the delivery address you give at checkout.
- QR code scans: when a code was scanned and whether it was a phone. We don't record who scanned it.
- Anonymous website usage, to understand which pages are used.
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to provide and improve our service: to print and deliver your orders, show your tracking and results, and contact you about your orders. We never sell or rent your information or your address lists.
Who we share it with
- Our printing and delivery partners, only what they need to fulfil your order.
- Service providers that run the website: Supabase (data and files, stored in Sydney), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and anonymous usage statistics) and, if you use “Write it for me”, Anthropic, which processes the text you type to suggest wording.
Keeping it safe and how long we keep it
Your files are private to your account. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax purposes, and you can ask us to delete your account and drafts at any time.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing hello@postly.example. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
